Online Painting Class Media: Acrylic Who or what is Naymlap? No doubt the subject of this class is unique, and you may never have heard of him. We selected Lord Naymlap as a symbolic representation of a time when artists created amulets to be worn and to decorate their dwellings, gods and tools. It is an ancient amulet usually made of copper and gold.
The goal of the class and using the ancient Naymlap design serves to teach modern day art students how to create similar decorative effects using modern day painting supplies and painting techniques.
