It says "Easy Apple for Fun Painting"
which it is but only when you have learnt the basic blending techniques used in this design.
Without the other projects and techniques I've done with various AAO teachers I must say I would have struggled to understand the terminology.
First rate design thank you.

I've been away from painting for several years and this project was a nice primer for getting back into it. Thanks you very much. The instructions were easy to follow and practice.
